Very disappointed with this experience. The food was served cold, bland, and completely lacking flavor, and we had to wait a long time for our meal. On top of that, my order was incorrect, which was extremely frustrating and made the experience even worse. I specifically mentioned my concerns to our server and expected the manager on duty, (Polo Vidalez), to at least stop by and check on the situation. Unfortunately, there was no follow-up whatsoever. That was especially disappointing because I believe management should care enough to address a customer's concerns. The waitress, (Sol), was very kind and did her best, and I appreciate her effort. However, the overall food and service were unacceptable. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed, especially after waiting so long for a meal that was cold, incorrect, and had no flavor. Ruining a Friday night family dinner. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this restaurant.

Went at around 6pm July 14. And sat at the bar with my friends. Were literally the only people at the bar this is not an exaggeration..And the bartender got us 1 round of drinks then ignored us for 20 minutes. As soon as my friends sat down she asked if we knew what we wanted. We asked for just a moment and then she left and never at any point came back. when we finally flagged her down to order after we figured out what we wanted. She literally took only one of our orders (there were 3 of us) some other worker asked her a question and she literally just left. Didn't take anyone else's orders OR refill the empty drinks. (We had only 1 round). We then promptly canceled the one meal we ordered cashed out and left. Thats how bad the service was. Ive never been to cheddars and ill never go back. This was a god awful experience.

Came from Raymondville to get some birthday dinner for my girlfriend. My girlfriend, her mom & i were all excited for some food good & service..we were disappointed. Our drinks were flat, my girlfriends steak got sent back twice for a medium rare & then sent back a 3rd time, feeling defeated my girlfriend asked for a well done since it had came back close to raw both previous times. Then finally we tried the cheesecake as her bday dessert and it was so unappetizing. The server was so inattentive & the manager here was the slightest bit helpful but overall it sucked! don’t waste your money here. Thought we could at least get something taken off the tab for the crappy service but i guess never be too hopeful lol.

We have been by many Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen restaurants and never stopped. We did finely and it was very good. We will go to another as we travel around this awesome country of ours. Great job team. Food was great and the service was just as good. We stopped in on a Sunday and sat right down. We just beat the church crowd. When we left they were waiting outside.

Don't let the bad reviews on here keep you from this Cheddar's. It's always a roll of the dice whenever you go to a restaurant. Last night my gf and I had a wonderful meal here. My sirloin steak was better than the ones I've had at Longhorn Steakhouse and Texas Roadhouse in recent months. Seriously. The sirloin here was tasty and tender! Better than at those aforementioned restaurants. My gf's chicken fried chicken was great. The broccoli cheese casserole side was wonderful. My gf and I always rate our meals from 1 to 10. We gave this meal a 9. One of the best dinners we've had recently.
